I am currently a Patient Care Tech at St. Anthony's Hospital (BayCare Health) were I have the opportunities to feel and see the difference, I contribute in restoring patients to their health; to be apart of patients health care it is amazing feeling that brings joy to my heart. I become a caregiver to make difference in people in life, by providing interactive way to restores independences of one life and thus help patients feels happier when achieving their moto skills and gives them the confidence they needed to believe in their self again. My personal achievement that I am proud of is when I am with COVID patients on the hospital floor and seeing most of these patients came in can't breath and walk because their are too and has be oxygen , and see these patient restore back to help is my most proud moments in life .

In short, I chose to work as a caregiver because it has always been a dream of mine and since caring for people comes naturally to me and what more can you ask for professionally than to do something you love. *What make me happy about being a caregiver is the ability to make my client feel cared for. *I am personally proud of the friends I have made so far. I am happy to know that there is someone I out there that I have succeeded in touching their life one way or the other.

I have been working in the home care field for over 4 years. I have a clean background. I have experience with different kinds of dementia patients. Ive had Mildly confused patients and also feisty dementia patients. I have worked with stroke, recovering cancer patients, blindness etc. I have started off caring for my great grandmother who started showing symptoms of dementia 5 years ago. Even though it was a tough time for My family we made sure to show her even more love then before. We have done everything for her rather it's just spending the day with her, helping her shower and dress for the day. We accompany her with day to day activities and try to make her feel as normal as possible. Dealing with her situation inspired me to broaden my experience with home care and I have worked for home care Agencies in Pennsylvania, Delaware and parts of New Jersey. I am a patient, kind caregiver who understands all needs of patients. I have worked in nursing homes and private homes as a companion. I am looking for immediate work.
