Hello, I consider myself a warm, compassionate person with a gift of patience. I empathize with many because I know what it feels like to need someone one to lend a hand and how difficult it may be to ask for that help when needed. At age 15, I cared for my dying mother and father, and decided to dedicate my life to be of service to others who could no longer care for themselves. I can honestly say that care giving brings out the best in me. When I see a need, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual one, I am challenged to work with the families to help fulfill that need. Everyone deserves that kind of experience in life and I believe everyone needs somebody. Sometimes it's the little things -- a smile, a good conversation, listening to music, cooking, planting flowers or just keeping someone's routine -- that make the biggest difference. One of the things I'm most proud of is being someone people can count on when things are hard. It's not always easy work, but it's real, and it matters.

I became an Independent Contractor/ Caregiver because I want to leave each life that I touch better than when we first met.
