I believe what makes me a great caregiver is the experience I have. I have 5 years experience working for an agency and independently. I have significant experience with hospice care, dementia, Alzheimers , Parkinson's, COPD, cancers, companion care and the general everyday care of those that can't do things for themselves anymore like cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping and showers. I always keep medical books in the homes of my clients/patients. On every shift I always take blood pressure , temperature and oxygen so that Vitals can be monitored regularly for any changes. The medical books will keep logs of daily living such as any Dr appointments, mood changes, medications, vitals, daily diet and activities. It's important to catch/detect any change in health. Communication is big with me on keeping everyone on the same page so that the best care can be given at all times. I'm a registered health care aid, . CPR/First Aide certified. I became a health care aide because I believe our loved ones get better care at home from one on one care opposed to a nursing home.

Hello, I am a excited to be your caregiver. I am an experienced HHA.I have over 20 years. I have worked and trained as a CNA,HHA with administering medication training. I also have over 15 years training in mental health, crises, substance abuse and forensic ( BCCF working with inmates) experience. My favorite thing about being a caregiver is seeing them feel comfortable and smile when I am caring for them & attending to what they may not be able to do themselves. One my personal achievements I am proud of is, getting my CNA in 2020 & my CPR in 2022.

I am very love helping others and getting them back on there feet.I have been a cna for 19 years. I love my job.
