I currently drive an elderly woman with Dementia to Daycare 2 days per week her daughter hired me, and gave me a 5-star rating on care.com so I have excellent references. I believe that the best trait in me is determination. I like to encourage my patients to do as much as they can on their own with me their so that they do not lose their independance. My passion in the healthcare setting is unlimited and I have had the availability to attain employment in almost every role from PCA to NA.
