I love being a caregiver because my brother is 26 and autistic. & I'm 21. So I've had to take care of him my entire life. & I love the responsibility of taking care of someone the right way & knowing they are taken care of. I'm proud to take on a role like this because it's rewarding.

My name is Jordyn. I am a Huntington, WV native. I am a mother of two little ones, ages 6 and 8. I recently graduated with my Bachelor's in Business Administration. I have 9 years of caregiving experience and more than 10 years experience in the Customer Service industry. I also have my CPR Certification.

I love taken care of people and helping others. Caregiving is a passion that I've always had. I've always felt the need to help other. I'm very proud of the work I've put into taken care of others.

I have great compassion for people especially our elderly and vets. I enjoy helping and being there for my people in need. I have sympathy and empathy for people . I understand how it is. For both patients and the pressure it puts on the family especially the ones who have to do the caregiving. I am also a very patient with people. Working in a memory care facility I've learned how to deal with the special needs of those kind of patients.

I am a 30 year old mother of two, with five step children. I have been a caregiver my entire adult life and truly enjoy what I do. I have experience with mental health disorders, diabetes, and a host of other things like toileting, medication administration, etc. The most enjoyable aspect of a caregiving job for me is without a doubt the bond you build with the client and family. I love knowing that I am providing the individual with a better quality of life and ensuring their family knows they're being well cared for.

I became a caregiver to be able to help our elderly with their everyday basic needs and be a companion. I love my job as a caregiver. I've been a C.N.A for 6 wonderful yrs. 5 yrs nursing home experience an 1 yr hospital experience.

I became a care giver years ago and I love my job. I have respect and compassion for elderly people and I like to make there days or nights better by talking to them and encouraging them, and helping them all I can. I am very much dedicated to my work. I have taken care of many clients male and female with all different situations. I have met some very wonderful people doing this job and it's an honor for me to help others.

As the spouse of a disabled combat veteran, I am uniquely positioned to bring a level of compassion and understanding that I believe give me special abilities to go above and beyond in the care that I provide to my clients. As a teenager I was introduced to the duties of a home health aid when my grandmother was struck down with a terminal illness. Years later, after having worked in office administration for many years, I decided to go back to my roots and devote myself to the care and assistance of those who can be particularly challenging for health care professionals. Though I have cared for clients of different ages and needs, I am blessed to have a particular talent with people suffering from dementia and Alzheimers. I consider the role of a caregiver to be much more than simply providing basic care. I enjoy learning a client's personal preferences, challenges, and what brings them enjoyment. I believe quality companionship and positive emotional support are vital to the caregiver/client relationship.
