I started helping my mom with my dad when I was 14 yrs old after he had a stroke. I fell in love with helping people. My favorite thing about being a caregiver aside from helping them with what they need is the bonds that are formed. The clients sort of become family. I'm a mom to 2 kids and bonus mom to 3 others. Raising them in this dark world to be kind and loving and respectful as well as respectable is my biggest accomplishment.

At this time I do not have a car, but I do have a license that is current, but I am able to use my daughter's car.. I understand about people with difficulties, my mother had cancer and I took care of her till she passed that was hard. I got hired with another agency but they did not have enough clients to send me out. She did say I tested 3rd highest in company, her name can be supplied if wanted phone number too. I do care about people and do want the best for them. I was employed with the Senior Nutrition Program for 12 years only lost job because they were downsizing and wanted me to work in Palm Springs. I was a manager worked up from driver delivering meals so I do know about dealing with all types of senior problems. I like animals so if they have any it would not be a problem. I hope to find a live in position. No smoking I have had a background check by Gain program and this program, a TB test negative by my doctor also have CPR certificate

I'm a registered medical assistant and phlebotomist. I've been working healthcare for 7 years now. Out of all life experiences, I've come to believe our elderly need more than just a caregiver but someone to call extended family. I'm a mother, daughter and sister. I've lost family to illness and cancer but still have the want to care for everyone that needs help.

I'm patient and precise in my duties. I have years experience in caring for elderly and the developmentally disabled. Caring for those in society that aren't fully capable is my calling. I'm most proud of what I've been able to learn from each one of my previous clients.

I enjoy the most about caregiving when clients talk to me about fun stories about their past. I enjoy being their voice to hear whenever they are sad or need a friend to talk to. I enjoy watching western shows and I enjoy most to cook and clean for them.

I have over a year experience in senior care and being a Certified Nurse Assistant. I am currently going to school to become an LPN. I currently go to francis tuttle. I'm very passionate about my career and I make it a goal to be the BEST nurse I can be everyday that I am in the field. It is so important to me to give the best care I can for you and your family!. I like to think of myself as passionate and caring. I chose to get into the field of healthcare when I was younger both of my parents were cancer patients and needed help and I just wanted to watching everybody that was always there to help them. I love being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to bond with those that I am taking care of that's probably the best part. I have just recently obtain my associates degree and I'm working hard towards my bachelors degree in healthcare administration.
