I have always had the desire to help individuals to live a more rewarding life. It is a wonderful feeling to take away someones pain/ worries/ problems. I have cared for and raised five children and worked caring for people in multiple settings for over 25 years. I am on my own again and have relocated to my hometown of Somerset to start fresh. I am anxious to reconnect with the area and love caring for individuals on a one on one basis. Having been an RN for many years, I would very much love to care for people in their homes and treat them as family. I would like to be the extra pair of arms we all need from time to time. Going to Doctor's visits, trips to the grocery store, light housekeeping, general household pickup, walks in the park, general companionship, etc. I love to sew and read. Helping people in their homes , for one on one care that most do not receive in a nursing facility. I am also CPR and first aid certified. I am also a med-tech, and diabetic trained and certified. I enjoy the company and getting to know new people.

I prefer private inhome care, ive done private care for families since i was 20 yrs olds , i have 25 yrs experience. I enjoy helping other. I learn quickly how the patient likes things and times they like to get up in morning to begin their day and when they end going to bed to watch their favorite tv show before going to sleep.

I have worked at a pesonal care home in the past, i absolutely loved it. Although it was temporary just to help friends starting the business. I enjoy it, helping people in need and giving the care people are in need of watching them smile & most of all making them happy! I am CPR/First aid certified.

I became a caregiver because l love taking care of people. I enjoy helping people and making a difference in someone's life. A personal achievement l am proud of is continuing my education in nursing and plan to advance my career in the future and become an RN . I'm a single mom, l have two teenage daughters and l have been a CNA for 13 years.

After caring for my ill parents, I entered LPN training to become a nurse. Allowing people to remain at home, rather than be in a nursing home was a goal of mine as well for my parents. I like working with individuals and small groups, so that I may give them the care that they need and deserve. I have been a nurse for 14 years. Taking care of 15-49 clients is not unusual and not practical to see to the needs of the clients or patients. I am seeking a position that I can optimize the care of individuals I care for.
