Hi, I'm Tasha, I am looking forward to working with amazing people. I have been in health care my entire life in one way or another. I have worked im nursing homes, assisted living and in private homes. I have cared for people "from the cradle to the grave". I have worked with people with different degrees of mental, physiological and developmental status. I love conversation, I learn so much by just conversing. I believe that, if one wants to, any encounter can be a learning experience. I treat those I care for (clients), as I would treat anyone I cared for (family, friends). As a client, you are someone's "something" parent, child, spouse, sibling, etc. And you, as a person, are worthy of positive interactions, relationships, and a quality of life. My job is to relate that to you, in action and in thought. You have a right to be the person you were meant to be. You are the only one in control, you know your wants and desires, who am I to judge you, or talk against you and your wishes. I am not saying that EVERYTHING you want will be handed to you, but..is it really a big deal if you have dessert before or after a meal? I've worked with a lot of people (cradle to the grave) who have others put "demands" and "ought toos" and "shouldn't haves" on their loved ones. With moderation, does it really matter if the shower is given day or at night? Pending other plans, but, my life has been a struggle, why complicate it more with unnecessary "demands" all the time. I hope our time together will be meaningful and we can learn something new from each other along the way.

Have always had a respect and admiration for our elderly. Helping, seeing them smile and laugh makes me smile. I have spent 20 years in the health field arena. Seventeen of those in clinical research as a coordinator. For 12 years I have worked part time as a caregiver, evenings and weekends , providing companionship, an awareness of medical needs, spiritual inspiration, planned activities and hospice care. I have certificates and training in CPR, Alzheimer's, Professional Caregiver Education, Advanced CareGiver Training, medical terminology and phlebotomy.

Hello, my name is Kimberly Moore and I have experience in the medical field having performed occupational therapy for 22 years in various settings including but not limited to home health, rehab hospitals, out patient clinics, and skilled nursing facilities. I absolutely love serving others especially those that can no longer perform day to day tasks on their own due to physical limitations. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the burden that is lifted off of my clients when I can assist them with even the simplest of tasks. The achievement that I am most proud of is the fact that I performed my dream right out of high school to become an occupational therapist and I did that even with financial and familial difficulties and did that career for 22 years.

I became a caregiver because it warms my heart to take care of other people and I genuinely enjoy helping people in need. I am proud that I'm able to be a caregiver and do what I love.

I have 14 years experience in direct patient care and my patient's needs and comfort are my #1 priority. I am a licensed Certified Clinical Medical Assistant as well as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician and work a rotating shift so I am looking for some care giving positions to work PRN.

I am interested in the history of this great nation so i love the stories my clients tell me. I am naturally nurturing, so i love to care for people and animals. I met a woman who did this kind of work and when I saw how much she loved it, i applied to her company and went to work there shortly after. I like meeting people that gave so much to shape our country, their experiences are always amazing. I am most proud of myself for being able to get back up and do for myself after my husband of 30 years died of a sudden heart attack last year, I never thought I'd be able to survive without him, i surprised myself..... Now, it's time to get back to work.

I became a caregiver because I have always enjoyed helping people and find it rewarding. What I like about being a caregiver is knowing that I can make a difference in someone's life and the lasting relationships I build with those I care for.
