Hello, My name is Kaunidra Beal, While working in a Nursing home setting I have gained knowledge and experience in watching, learning their needs, and to address them more effectively also learning their personalities . Feel more calm and relaxed and comfortable with taking care of them when they are not able to fully care for themselves. Watching my grandmother as a caregiver inspired me to want to help others and I have been working helping others for 24 years and it has educated me and gave me the knowledge on how they view life through their eyes and their minds.

I am a very outgoing and loving person which I was born naturally into. I always come with a beautiful smile and great energy ready to bring joy to everyone. The thing that really drove me to be a caregiver was always having to be a helping hand and care for my grandmother and uncle. Once I realized the help and care my grandmother needed after being diagnosed with cancer it drove me to want to give everyone around me the love and care they deserve. I enjoy bringing the positive and loving energy. Knowing they can count and depend on me to do what needs to be done. A personal achievement I am proud of is my motivation and how I've continued to move forward in life .

I am a Christian first and foremost with a love for people that surpasses most. I absolutely love people, especially the elderly and have cared for them over 30 years. I am very kind, loyal, dependable, patient and very compassionate. I seek and desire to make someone's life as good as it can be under their circumstances.
