I became a caregiver because my mother had entered into the medical field as I was growing up and listening to her talk about how she enjoys helping others. My personal achievement is paying close attention to not only the small details but the the bigger ones as well. This allows me to catch certain situations before a worse outcome appears. Example, bed sores, wound care, range of motion, stroke ext I'm dependable, passionate about my work and I always go that extra mile to help my residents / patients succeed on a daily basis. I am currently on the safety committee at my full time job to ensure not only my employees stay safe, but my residents / patients and visitors
