Hi, I first became a caregiver because I wanted to know what it was like helping someone in need. After my first client I realized how much I love being a caregiver. I enjoy everything about my job. I feal very lucky and blessed to have found my calling. I love learning new things especially if they are medical related. I have done case management in a residential home which included scheduling appointments, ordering medications and/or medical equipment, Interview and training new caregivers and weekly meal planning. I have worked with patients with COPD, hoyer lift,MS,Dementia and Alzheimer's and skin cancer treatments. I have also experience in hospice care. The bond that I create with my clients is a wonderfull experience. I like to bake and try new recepies. On my spare time I like to go shopping, do arts and crafts, read non fiction books and watch movies. Oh and I recently started painting.! I think everyone has something unique about themselves and what ever their talent is or was I like to get inspired by it and try new things.

I like helping elderly with their daily activities and want them to feel secure and happy. I create a friendly and professional atmosphere at work place. I use all my knowledge and capabilities to provide the best care possible by bringing smile on my clients faces. I have been there when it has come to having babies (they grown now) after surgery, or a long time position of assistant. I love what I do, I have compassion for the hurting and patience. In this profession it's important that we both make a perfect fit for one another. I'm a hard worker and I've never left my clients stranded and have never called in sick. It's very important to me that once I take a client in that's my responsibility. I can cook well and I'm very tidy. I'm experienced in using walkers, wheelchairs and walking canes. I'm experienced in senior exercise programs. I can do all bathing, dressing and grooming. Transportation is not a problem, I have a reliable car with insurance that can fit a portable wheelchair.
