Hi! I'm a student from Johns Hopkins University working as a caregiver. I consider myself to be empathetic, attentive, and hardworking in everything I do. My introduction to caregiving was for my grandmother when I was in highschool, and I found the experience to be very meaningful in its lessons of patience and kindness. I love the nature of being able to form a personal and emotional connection with others, and I consider those I work with to be more than just clients. They are unique and complex human beings with life stories to share. More than anything, I enjoy being able to work while listening and getting to know them.

I belivee to be detail oriented to bea caregiver on to acknowledge each customer, client or resident their changes each and every day. i am good with companionship and are a great listener. I have a big heart as a caregiver and the needs for those who I care for is very important to me and the family. What I enjoy as being a caregiver is activities of daily duties. I want to make sure the care for them is more important and the importance of their personal hygiene the care for their activities for light exercises and the hours for when they have eaten or not is very important before helping them with other things such as light housekeeping. The concern for the client's health is more important than anything else.

I enjoy caring for seniors I think because my father had 12 siblings and he married late in life so as a child I was surrounded by older aunts & uncles and they always made me feel loved and safe. I cared for both parents until their deaths and now I've been in business for myself for 4 years.
