I have 25 plus years of experience working with the elderly in nursing homes, assisted living, and private homes. I am dependable and always on time. I was employed as Assistant Health and Safety Director for the American Red Cross assisting in Teaching CPR, First aid and Disaster Preparedness as well as supervising Challenge Testing for Health Care Professional, Paramedics, Nurses and Physicians. I have also worked as Activities Director for the Salvation Army's after school and summer youth programs for children at high risk/abuse and as Activities Supervisor for the Henderson Housing Authority working with the elderly. I have a current multi state background check as well as a driving record.

I am attentive and responds to situations in a timely manner. A patient, especially the elderly, needs constant care and attention. It's my job, therefore, to be attuned to those needs even if the patient doesn't or is unable to communicate them. I have a passion to help others. I come from a family of healthcare professionals. Hello my name is Ann and I'm a christian mother of three beautiful children and married to my husband Jimmy for nine years. I chose to become a CNA because I love to assist people and make their lives easier. I cared for my grandmother before she passed and I think that is what started my path of nursing. I have worked in a Assisted Living Facility and choose not to go back because I couldn't give the care I wanted to give due to the rush of schedule and numerous patients. So I want the chance to do it the right way with more time for a unique individual.
