I got into caregiving when I found a home for rent for free with a stipulation, it was free because the family renting it needed a caregiver to take care of their father with Dementia. I found the work rewarding as I had always been an empathetic person and liked helped others. I then worked as med tech, home health aide and home healthcare coordinator. Certified Medication Aide is also one of the multiple qualifications I hold, that allow me to assist you. Whilst I am within your home, I can safely administer any and all of your prescribed and or over the counter medications, be it daily or weekly, as prescribed. I've also played an active role in doing Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy / Recreational Therapy and Speech Therapy Assistance. I can also provide Transportation for any of your Dr. Appointments, Errands and Social and Spiritual Activities, on an prn (as needed basis), whilst I am assisting you. I became a caregiver to be able to help some one family get through difficult times that they may be having with their love ones. And be able to give and show support in their love ones daily activities. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to show myself approve to some one else's family.
