The personality traits I take on that would make a great caregiver are being very observant straight forward. In fact, what attracted to me to being a caregiver is being around my mother helping her take care of her parents so this kinda was something that I fell into so it became natural to me just by watching her. I have worked with the Elderly, also have worked at the Coffee Regional medical center for a total of 5 years in the labor and delivery department and the Emergency room department. Then I quit that job bc the job I had been waiting for which was a Hospice nurse came available and that's where I went. Most of all very easy going, love knowing at the end of every job, that I've done everything in my power to make the patient and the family very impressed and leaving with a smile.
