Hi! I'm Blaykelyn, I've been a C.N.A since February, I got it through my High School. I love every minute of it. I love helping people. I'm going to college for nursing in the fall, but it's a community college so I'll only have classes 2 days a week, so i'll still have the time to do my job.

I am a good listener and will double check to make sure that what is asked of me to do is correct.My past and present clients are and have given me great recommendations for my caring attitude. As a small girl, I always wanted to help the elderly and anyone less fortunate than me.I was raised by 2 very loving, church going parents. The most important thing I love about being a caregiver is the gratification of knowing that I am appreciated in my responsibilities. A personal achievement that I am very proud of is doing the smallest things to get that gratitude.

I Feel like I am a great care giver because I go above and beyond to make patients/residents feel special. I like to help people feel independent while providing all the help they may need to get through their day successfully. I feel its important to take time to listen to their wants and needs and I don't look at my care as being " just a job". Its important to me to take well care of anyone, rather it be driving the students home from school, providing care in a dialysis facility, or just providing basic needs to someone . As a caregiver, it is one of my core beliefs to serve those who need my help the most as a servant of God. I believe I was put on this Earth to help people and all living creatures, and while ultimately, I'm training to be a veterinarian, I know that when I work as a caregiver, I'm doing what I know in my heart to be the best thing I can do for the people in my community and my world.

I studied massively in western history. I worked for Home Instead after college where I became familiar with all forms of care for my clients. What attracted me too being a caregiver are the people. I just love hearing their stories and their life. Something I'm proud of is that I got caregiver of the month.

Hello, I been health care for over 10 years , I was a LPN for 8 years and New to RN scence .I am CPR certified.. I enjoy a lot of know getting someone .I have the best best side manner , I'm knowledgeable, dependable. ask why would she want a job like this? I like to focus on my studying and stuff this is very hard to do work 12-15 hour days . I like less stress , relaxed focused environment... if your looking for assistance with mom or dad a few hours give me a shout! I'd love to meet you all

I've worked in the Medical Field since 2005 specializing in Geriatric Care. I started as a Home Health Aide working for Hospice, then received a position at a Nursing Home where I fell in love with residents suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's. I am also a CHT (Hemodialysis Technician), MHT (Mental Health Technician), and a Veterinary Technician working at the world renowned Hagyard Equine Medical Institute. I am a very hard working and compassionate person with a strong sense of integrity. I'm highly educated and trained in Dementia and Alzheimer's. This is where I shine! A calm and structured environment is important, and knowing when a patient is, "Sun-downing," is a must in my line of work. I find that gentle redirection and patience helps eliminate any stress, and or, triggers. I will make sure your loved one gets the best possible care, all the while maintaining dignity, respect, and encouraging independence. My responsibilities also include: ADL's (Activities of Daily Living), meal preparations, housekeeping, companion care, assisting with showers, assisting with medications, pet care, and running errands.
