I started by taking Family leave from my job as a Bookkeeper, to care for my Father. I thought at that point 5 years ago, hey I would like to do this for a living. Two years later my Father passed away and I lost my job and began caring for my Mother. At that point I decided to go to school and become certified. Received my CNA in 2013. Have been working since then and love what I'm doing. I am caring, dependable, fun, positive and energetic. I am a team player and can also take the lead. I love to cook, bake and juice. Interested in healthy living. Love walking, music, traveling and especially my family!

Hello I am a certified nursing assistant and I have been working in this field for 15yrs. I am experienced in long term care, homecare, hospice, & assisted living. I have been trained to straight cath and pass meds. I love caring for others, putting smiles on their face and listening to their stories brings warmth to my heart.

I come from a family that cared for each other at home whenever necessary. Our family stayed at home and was cared for by other family members. I got the best lessons on caring for the vulnerable and elderly that way. I have been a caregiver for around 25 years and love going into the homes of people who need someone to take care of them in order for their lives to continue to function normally without disruptions in routine that would be debilitating to them. I am proud of giving my time and energy to help others lead a more fulfilling life when they are no longer able to accomplish that on their own. I have always been a people person and enjoyed helping others. It wasn't tell after my mother became ill and I was caring for her. I started out taking a class on medical billing. I later went to Concord to get a medical assistant degree. I then took a class on phlebotomy. After all that I decided I wanted to be a nurse.

I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 13. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. What started out as a job became second nature and probably alot of that has to do with my cultural background. My personality is caring, observent, organized, and detail orientated. Which is a few, I love to make people laugh and talk positive about what a person can be better if they are willing to try. The reason that I have gone to school to take care of others which started with my grandmother getting very ill. I took care of her until she past away and continue the mission to make every day count that the person's life as well as mine. My expertise is working with mentally challenged, and physically. As a caregiver I can help out with a simple task as well as a difficult one. I do light housekeeping, cook, errands like grocery store and take to doctor's appointment. A caregiver that cares and goes above beyond of the duties to make the person being comfortable.
