I like to start the day with checking temp, blood pressure and oxygen level. All meals will be prepared and snacks given. Fluids is a very important part of the day. I like to keep track of fluid intake. I also have worked in a nursing home and as a dietary aide in the settling. So I cook good nutritional healthy meals. Sodium diets and diabetic diets.
