I've worked as a home health nurse aide, patient safety attendant, housekeeper, hospital/nursing home assistant and I love what I do! My career aspirations are to finish my MSN. I get along well with dogs (cats are negotiable) but, prefer a non-smoking home as I am a non smoker. I've been gainfully employed (by someone who found me on a similar website) for more than a year. Available for up to 12 hrs/day Mon-Fri, every other weekend. I am fully vaccinated, I can provide proof of residency/citizenship, complete work history, current professional/personal references. I have access to a good running, fully insured vehicle or I can drive yours. I have a good driving record. I will pass an IChat, DHS & CNA background check.

I've been in the medical field for over 25 years half of that I was employed at McLaren Hospital in the Heart Unit as a cardiac Tech /CNA .The last 10 years I have worked in home / hospice care and that is when I truly found my calling ,I absolutely love it .I am loyal, honest and definitely dependable and we all know how important that is when looking for a care giver. I will treat your love one as if they are my own . I am certified in several different area from CPR / first aid to straight catheter and most of all bringing a smile to your loved ones face !!!

I am caring, compassionate, and understanding. I realize that caring for anyone you are not just caring for the patient/case but for someone's loved one. This means that you are also caring for the family. The family must trust you and understand that all communications regarding their loved one is honest, accurate and confidential. I have been in the business of caring since 1998 both in Hospitals,private care facilities and in the home. Each location requires and demand a different approach but what never will not be compromised is that my case has priority, my companionship and the well being is always at the forefront. I enjoy effectively communicating with others and causing a positive impact in their life. I enjoy helping people achieve to live the best life possible in a safe and comfortable environment. I enjoy the companionship and building a relationship with others where they know they will be taken care of as if they were my family. My most valuable personal achievement would be obtaining an award for a 5 year hospice volunteer award for dedicating my time to families who need assistance.

I have been a caregiver for approximately 7 years. I started because I really love caring for others and I wanted to make a positive impact in someone's life even if it was just companionship or taking them out for errands. I loved caring for others so much I furthered my career and got my Medical Assistant Certification. I have used it to be able to help those who need more serious attention as well. I am a great caregiver, because I am a God fearing Christian who believes that Jesus Christ died for us all and he loves us all. also because I love and am full of passion for my career, it is the most rewarding career in the workforce. I get my reward from taking care of people by helping them brighten up their day as well as assisting them with all the help they need. to see the smiles on my client's faces brings me great joy to know that I have been the one to cause that beautiful smile.
