I am a very compassionate person. I like to laugh and pepole tend to be very comfortable around me. I'm easy going, a hard worker , dependable and enjoy meeting new people . I love working in this field it provides so much joy to help others. I love being able to come alongside families and help them . I value the relationships I build along the way. My goal with my families is to allow them to be completely themselves, to help them in the areas they need help and to do things the way they want it done. I started by taking Family leave from my job as a Bookkeeper, to care for my Father. I thought at that point 5 years ago, hey I would like to do this for a living. Two years later my Father passed away and I lost my job and began caring for my Mother. At that point I decided to go to school and become certified. Received my CNA in 2013. Have been working since then and love what I'm doing. I am caring, dependable, fun, positive and energetic. I am a team player and can also take the lead. I love to cook, bake and juice. Interested in healthy living. Love walking, music, traveling and especially my family!

I am a compassionate person who enjoy helping others. I'm a registered CNA with CPR/BLS and EKG training, in Texas. I have over 20 years of experience with the elderly and disabled. After many years of working in a Hospital Business Office by day and caring for a family member at night, I decided to become a Caregiver to others. I know first hand what it is like to need assistance with the care of a loved one and realizing that you can't be there 24 hrs a day. The uncertainty of trusting someone else to do it for you can cause anxiety. I promise you that I will treat your loved one with kindness, dignity and respect, the same way I would like my loved ones to be treated. I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I knew then I had a heart for the work and I continue to do caregiving. My specialties are working with the Elders. I do have experience working with the hospice patience.

Good Listener Have been in healthcare all my life (now 73).As an LPN, (Licensed Practical Nurse) I was a hospital discharge planner, a nurse liaison for a nursing home, a private duty nurse, a hospice intake coordinator, among other jobs. I no longer hold a nursing license. I do hold a CPR card that is current. Understand the need for following instructions. Enjoy working with people in homecare taking care whatever is needed. I have seen people who are untrained and without common sense and this is a waste of everyone's time. I like the idea of taking care of things the resident doesn't have to try to do, so he or she can spend their energies doing things they enjoy. That is what I am proud of.
