I first began being a caregiver right after I graduated high school. I was unable to start college & needed a job to provide. My first caregiving position was at an assisted living facility. I had an amazing woman who trained me & that I worked with very often. She was an older woman and would always make sure I knew the correct way of taking care of each and every resident. I am a license CNA.with 18yrs experience . years ago i took care of an elderly lady for a friend and my heart felt bad that she wasnt being care for so I gave her the best care i could and ever since then its what i have done . I like to spend time with the elderly they have wonderful heart and have the best wisdom ever. I have become family to some of my patients family and they are very happy that they choose me to care for their parents.
