Hello :) I have been a stay-at-home mother of two for the past 7 years. I have provided childcare out of my home for the past 4. While I love my job, I am looking to re-enter the work force outside of my home. I have Senior care in my past work history as well. I have been a companion caregiver and a CNA to the elderly as well as disabled. I have beaming references and am an extremely kind and professional person. I enjoy children and watching them learn and grow and believe that individual time should be spent with them. I enjoy talking to the elderly and hearing their stories from the past. I have been in the health field for over 13+ years, I've worked at a nursing home throughout college. Went to LPN school (still have to sit boards) My most recent employer was a 74 year young lady with Parkinson's. I worked with her for 10 years. I was what she called her "Girl Friday" I did everything from medication reminders and dispensing, to hiring aides, payroll, care for her cats, ran errands, shopped for her, brought her to all appointments, Cooked for her, house cleaning, bathing, dressing, toileting and companionship ( we were incredibly close) I am a very dependable and reliable caregiver. I am kind, caring and considerate. I love taking care of the elderly. I can truly say I am good at what I do, and take enormous pride in my care.

I learned from the best my Mom I have over 20 years experience.. I treat my Pt like I would want my family treated regardless of race color or social standing. My Mom is what got me started in health care she ran a in home care agency. I love hearing stories and life events from my Pt. I'm very active care giver. I love taking care of people that have needs. I have took care family/friends for a long time and i always wanted to continue helping people in needs. I feel good at the end of the day and its not just a job to me. Im very understanding and caring person. I'm proud of myself because I kept pushing myself and went into my own business.

About 10 years ago, my great grandmother had a stroke and is now paralyzed completely on her left side. I took time to take care of her all throughout high school and still now. I would stay the night with her and get her up and ready in the morning before I went to school. Just this past year, my great grandpa found out that he had throat cancer. He currently has had a trachea port put in. With that being said, I have been with him and my great grandma taking care of her needs and taking care of him, cleaning the port and transporting them to and from their doctors appointments.

I am an upbeat, caring & compassionate caregiver with many years of experience. I love being able to help others by making their day a little easier with their daily needs.

I love being a caregiver since I know I am helping people when they need it most. Caregiving is something that inspires me to give the best care I can and treat those as how I would like to be treated with kindness & care. I have found my calling and grateful to be able to do what I love.

I work full-time in LTC during the day and have been in medical field since 2007. I started with home health care then continued on to be a CNA from 2009-2014 and I've been an LPN since 2014. Absolutely love what I do and would be more than happy to extend my services to those in their homes. I have a flexible schedule during evening and weekend and some availability during day.
