Hello, my name is Michael, and I've been in the care giving field since 2010. Being a care giver wasn't something I ever saw myself doing, but after getting a job to support myself in college, I found that it was something I wasn't just naturally great at, but that I enjoyed doing as well. Meeting people of different ages and backgrounds over the years has been such an amazing experience for me. I just love being able to get to know individuals, and being a light for them in an otherwise difficult world. I'm not the most outgoing person around, but I do have a knack for building deep relationships with those whom I care for. I've had more than one job where I come into work and I have 2 or 3 people immediately shout, "Michael is heeere!" It's such an amazing feeling when that happens, and I know it helps brighten up both their day and mine. I'm also someone who holds professionalism in the highest regard. As much as I enjoy building relationships with others, I always maintain those professional boundaries.
