I have been a nurse for over 25 yrs and absolutely love being a caregiver. I have experience with patients from all age ranges and have managed many different medical conditions in various healthcare settings. My most enjoyment and satisfaction of being a caregiver comes from being able to spend time with my patients not only to just administer a medication, or perform a treatment, but to truly get to know my patient as a whole person. If there is something I can do to improve my patient's quality of life, or make things a bit easier for them, or bring a smile to their face, then that is what I want to do.

When something needs to be done, I'll be the first on the job. I started out taking care of my grandmother at a young age. After she passed, I moved to where I now currently have a veteran neighbor whom I help when needed. I was employed by a family on weekends for a gentleman with dementia for almost a year up until his passing. I have many years of experience with Caregiving , elderly and youth. Also, I like to keep things clean and neat when at someone's home. Labor work doesn't bother me at all. If it needs to be done, I can do it.
