I spent 6 years as a CNA before working in the IT industry and then moving to India to help as a missionary there for 8 years. Since returning to the US, i am working as a caregiver for an agency and managing an independent living home. i would say that the most important personal achievement is the ongoing process of becoming a better father and person everyday.

I've helped individuals lessin or completely break their independence on walkers, and briefs. I have helped trouble individuals that was so restricted they could not have internet or phone access to do better and have full access to internet, video games, cell phones things any 23 to 24-year-old would want. There's good in everybody. And I love to try to bring that out in a very compassionate and caring way.

I love to Care for the elderly or persons with disabilities. I knew when my grandmother was sick at the age of 12 that I wanted to help others when I got older. I Promote dignity, freedom, and choice. I am patient and want my clients and their families that they will be taken carebof as if they were my own or myself when I get to that point. A personal achievement that I am most proud of is being an FBI Graduate of the Youth Leadership Program that I represented the state of TN in Quantico,Va . I am 28 years old, caregiving since age 12 and professionally for 5 years. Both Privately and through an agency out of Kingsport. Seeing my clients smile when they see me brings joy to my heart, knowing that I am doing something to make a difference in the lives of others.

i have took care of disabled kids in my home for 8 years then i went to there homes witch is called group homes for two years i cooked for them i cleaned for them i gave them meds and gave them baths and also took them to doctor appointments and took them out to get to know people in public.. what i like about being a caregiver is that you get to help them build up there self asteam and also help them be very indapendent with themselves. my personal achievement is doing my job to help the ones that need help.. about my self i have two wonderful kids and a husband that i take care of i lived in missouri all my life moved to tn to be with my husband after mine and my kids house burnt in oct 2014. i am a hard worker and love working with others.
