As a great caregiver I try to remain very positive all the time. I have engaged and educated members to manage chronic health conditions, organize Behavioral Health records, assure compliance of members' medication, educate on various classes, Case manager, Foster Parent, Gymnastics Instructor, Certified Nursing Assistant/Psychiatric Attendant, medication management, and a Clinic Coordinator role/Pharmacy Tech; collaborate with the extended care team, coordinate care in English & Spanish with the community, school counselors, psychiatrist, therapist and law enforcement, court hearing judges, which included going into my office to schedule and assure appointments were kept and development of wellness plans and client advocacy, all by abiding with HIPPA regulations.
