They thought me responsibility, respect, patience, kindness, and much more. I chose this career path because of my father. He was very I'll in my teen years. I learned about heart disease and skin cancer. He's now in heaven cheering me on. I also took care of my aunt who had kidney disease and spina bifida. My family has taught me a lot about living life to the fullest. That's why I enjoy being a caregiver because everyone should live life to the fullest each and every day. My goals are to make everyone smile and forget there problems, even when you don't feel well a laugh is always a step forward. When I leave my shift at the end of the day, I want my clients to know there cared for, respected, and most of all safe. My clients are MY BOSS. I'm willing to go above and beyond. I've been working for the last 13 years as a C.N.A./caregiver. My experience includes a hospital setting with maximum of 12 to 14 patients, assisted living with one patient, and in a residential facility.
