Nicole adapts easily to different people and settings, which might not be a surprise as she's been in the field for seven years. Though she's been in the industry a long time, one-on-one in-home care is still relatively new to Nicole. She first worked at Shell Point Retirement Community for 3 years as a caregiver then transitioned to a Respite Program Leader then a CNA/ caregiver at Arden Courts Memory Care followed by The Preserve as an activity leader.
