I am a person centered caregiver which means no matter what, the person I'm caring for needs will always be the center of my attention. My clients will never leave my care without feeling better, the environment cleaner, needs met, and cared for. I will always provide dignity and respect towards my clients. I started my care giving career with the neighbor boy who was my age, and he had multiple sclerosis. His Mom paid me to sit with him, and play video games and make lunch. I remember pushing his wheelchair through my yard, and providing him a childhood friend. I went on to get my CNA license because I loved the thought of caring for the elderly especially doing their hair and getting them dressed. My skills and experience range from light housekeeping duties with companionship to medical experience. I have experience in trach suctioning, tube feedings, medication administration, nail care, many developmental disabilities, mental illness and also dementia and alzheimers that come with age. I have enjoyed my experience in the home health care and group home industry the past 15 years and I have decided to go off on my own and provide in-home care only. I love what I do! Let me help take a load off and provide quality, Christian care for whatever your needs may be! I love to cook so if you just need meals prepped for the week of your choice, I can do that too in your home!
