1. I care about people and helping them have a better life quality is my goal. During my career at Mcdonald's I hire 100s of people that needed a job, people that was struggling to provide for their families. I also trained and developed people to help them succeed in the company. I have trained people in my free time just to support them. I taught basic English to employees that only spoke Spanish to help them get the requirements to be able to qualify for promotions at work or just to help them get personal things done as appointments and attending meeting at their kids schools.
