Hello! My name is Kim. I have been a caregiver for 30 years, having taken off time while my daughter was in high school. I have an extensive amount of experience ranging from cancers to dementias to end of life and so much more. I would be happy to share. Its about them and their needs. 3) Everyone is an individual. Same diagnosis does not mean the same kind of care. My care is based on the individual and their wants and needs. 4) Patience and being a great listener. How else will I know what is needed and wanted. I have provided care for many people.
