As I do not have much experience as being a caregiver for elderly, I do have a variety of skills from previous jobs that has prepared me for this position, such as patience, empathy, time management and wonderful communication. Also I have personal skills that make me a great fit like amazing people skills, active listening and social skills. When reviewing my resume, you may notice a gap in employment. My absence is due to me taking time to care for my children. My child-rearing experience has enhanced my talents in leadership, teamwork, determination, and prioritization as I managed multiple schedules, enforced rules, and provided around-the-clock care.
