My background has been primarily oil field most of my life. The last several years I have been an independent contractor which has allowed me to be home more with my wife of 30 years who has developed dementia. While serving as a caregiver for her I have developed a great sense of empathy. This experience has taught me so much about myself and humbled me immensely.
