My name is Esperanza Rocha I have 2and a half years experience as a caregiver. I became a caregiver because I was not able to help my grandma with her care just because I was not old enough at the time. She had dementia so she was placed in a nursing home. I made a promise that I would go into health care so I could at least help out everyone else. What I love the most about caregiver is being able to grow a bond with the residents and being able to understand how different there background is compared to how life is now.
