My residents always seemed to respond well to my smile and bubbly personality and it made my day each time they smiled in return. I want to help people, I always have, and I believe that seniors are the most abused age demographic. I'm going to change that. Making someone's life easier gives me a satisfaction and joy I can't describe. And I would say my greatest achievement was working at an independent living facility and having every resident know me by face, if not my name (and I knew theirs, of course).
