I remember my Great grandma going through the stages of Alzheimers and not fully understanding this, but feeling that she needed lots of love. At the same time, I'm patient and compassionate and I respect that everyone's situation is unique and needs to be treated as such. I spent nearly 20 years in case management and I came to realize how much I missed Direct Care, especially after taking care of my daughter.
