Hi my name is Tammy and I would love to be your personal caregiver for your loved one mainly because I loved the older generation enlisting to them with their stories from when they grow up. You may ask yourself what am I getting from this well I am getting to be able to get to know your loved one for who they are. I once had a patient that had developing Alzheimer's. Every time I had to go home she would not let me leave without giving me a hug. In the end she knew me better then her own family. I always try to remind her who her family really was. I find caregiving you be a rewarding and enjoyable job.

When I'm helping someone it really makes me feel good as a person. I have always enjoyed helping others. I'm there to help them live as stress free as possible with any or all of their daily activities. That's why I really enjoy my job!! Each client is a learning experience. I have one goal I will always try to make them smile. With my previous employer I was granted PCA of the month several times through out my employment. What makes me an amazing caregiver is that I always give 110% I treat my patients as I'd want my mother treated if she needed some extra help- I became a caregiver because I've always loved helping people and it bring me much joy when I help People, the bonds and relationships I've created with my patients is infinite and I will cherish them forever. One of my achievements would be how easily I can connect with others and of course my children, they are my recent biggest achievement. I honestly feel that this what I am meant to do. I have care gived my whole life from being a candy stripper at my grandmother care facility when I was a young teen to personal care for my husband and mother in law. I also did it professionally for an agency in Riggins Id.I love the elderly I find them very rewarding to care for. Iam most proud of the reactions I receive from both clients and co workers. My hardest part is that I do become attached but at the same time I do realize they are elderly. But I think they have so much to share and deserve a great quality of life.

I have been doing care giving since I was 15 years old. I have done mostly end of life/hospice care. I have spent a lot of time studying with the hospice nurses on each individual's medical condition to become fully competent with the individuals case. I was a private care nurse working with a diabetic 4 year old, 24/7 caregiver for my Alzheimer, cancer, g tube grandmother for over two years till she passed. I have taken care of multiple patients the last 6 -8 weeks of their lives and helped the families be able to enjoy the last days without having to worry about all the medical and care details. I have a great love for the medical field and this is my way of being able to use my knowledge to help others. I do everything from housework to bathing and medical. Each client is treated as if they are my own family memebr
