I am a compassionate, caring person by nature. I cared for my mother and brother until their deaths. They both lived with me and I cared for them, cleaned, cooked, took them to their appointments and outings, and just spent quality time with them until they passed. I feel that elderly people get overlooked or ignored a lot, and often don't get the respect and compassion they deserve. I now want to help other elderly people, in their golden years, to live the happiest, comfortable, and rewarding life as possible. I truly enjoy seeing their happy faces that I can bring them, and knowing they are living their lives, with assistance, to the happiest and fullest of their abilities. I am happy, content, and proud that I could help my mother and brother live their lives to the fullest until they passed. I now have that desire to help other elderly people achieve the happiest and rewarding life as possible. I will get CPR certified and any other required or requested certificates or required skills necessary for a position in this field. I love all animals and will help care for and love them as well. I have always enjoyed working with the elderly I started out as a volunteer at UC Davis medical center in Sacramento. I've also worked at a retirement facility for the elderly at Johnson and cherry st in Dixion Ca. What I've learned was that I have a heart to help others it's feel good to help those who need my help I'm a wonderful person and great care giver.

What makes me a great caregiver, I think would have to be that I am passionate about what I do and who I help. I'm thoughtful, understanding and kind, I will cry with you, laugh with you, create new meaningful memories and treat my client how I'd treat my own family.
