I am a very caring person who loves to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it. I love this job because I am able to help people in need of assisted care. I like my job because I can make a difference in someones life and can assist them in their daily needs. Being the oldest, and only girl of 4, I Inherited the role of caregiver at a very young age. I started as a babysitter and later in life gravitated towards adult care. I have remained a caregiver because I enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world and hearing their lives experiences and the knowledge, and wisdom they often share. For me, there's no greater satisfaction than going home at the end of my workday knowing that my presence made a difference in someone else's day and that I am appreciated.

Then I change work with residential care home , work includes direct care. Type of patent DD, elderly ambulatory and non ambulatory. I went school with Direct Support Professional year 1 and 2..Then work with agency with One on one client. I have handled all kind of cases simple and complex. I have over ten years of experience in caregiving, I'm also a registered RBT I hold my CPR and first aide license. I'm also fully vaccinated and I have a lot of skills in the medical field.

I am energetic and very social. I know that my compassion will make me a great caregiver because I believe that caregiving is not only about working for the person but making them feel safe and loved. What attracted me to be a caregiver was seeing my kind hearted mom help the elderly as a CNA. She does it with so much joy and that has inspired me. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I can get to know my patient and their story and inherit their life experience, stories, and wisdom. A personal achievement that I am proud of is when my patient and I formed a wonderful bond. My patient felt like a grandfather to me, and until his passing we enjoyed life together.
