I am a very caring person who loves to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it. I love this job because I am able to help people in need of assisted care. I like my job because I can make a difference in someones life and can assist them in their daily needs. This job makes me feel warm and good inside -and knowing I can make someones life a whole lot easier.

As the oldest and only girl among four siblings, I inherited the role of caregiver at a very young age. I started as a babysitter and later moved into adult care. I have remained a caregiver because I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and different parts of the world. Each person is unique, and their shared experiences often come with valuable knowledge and lessons. For me, there is no greater satisfaction than going home at the end of my workday, knowing that my presence made a difference in someone else's day and that I am appreciated.

I became a caregiver because I have a passion with providing care to those individuals who need assistant with staying in the comfort of their home safely. I have five years of experience as a PCA, My first encounter was taking care of a stroke client. First of all I must say that since I have been a caregiver I have learned a lot of things as far as being patient, how to truly love and care about someone , because when you are with someone for a long period of time you really get to know that person and become so close to them and once they are gone it really gets to your heart . When I go to work I like to be cheerful ,happy to be here on this earth another day. I like to take my client out for a walk or out for a ride to get an ice cream. I truly love my job!!
