I have been told by my clients that I have a great attitude and a very approachable personality, I have several certificates from classes I have taken of achievements that validate my career as a caregiver. I have been a caregiver for 15+ years presently and I am very proud of my work that I do, as well as making a difference in the lives and comfort of my clients both past and present. I am also very adaptable, I have worked with many types of clients of all nationalities and i also might add, I speak fluent Spanish. I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 13. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. What started out as a job became second nature and probably alot of that has to do with my cultural background. I loved it so much, I paid for my own training and certifications to be an independent caregiver. I got bonded, insured and registered with the state and I have several great references from the loving families of those whom I have cared for over the years. I've had great experiences with those who I have worked for and with, along with learning from wonderful nurses and doctors that I've interacted with during the care of many of my clients. I am very proud of the achievements I've made in taking the initiative to learn as I go with each client, and each client came with various conditions and ailments, and some with multiple conditions. It has been a great journey of growth and connection for me like no other and I find it so fulfilling to be able to help our elderly population in need. They have been all like family.

I'm a very kind personality and down to earth, have soft voices and loving person, I'started taking care my parent for 10 yrs around 2000 until they both passed in2010 then i decided to reach out to other elderly and families who need help with their parents and loved one.

First and foremost my education as a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Certified ,Trained and Experienced as a Certified Nursing Assistant to various Hospitals,Assisted Living,Skilled Nursing,and Home Care Facilities.I have ample period of time of experience to various facilities and hospitals.I have met and worked with many patients, elders,and different clients and with diff.cases. Need less to say That I am in the process of to taking my NCLEX for RN,in order for me to be equip academically and governmentally licensed to practice my profession. My compassion,dedication and a great deal of interest to my profession of Nursing and Care giving is within my inner self.Rest assure that I would to my best of my knowledge and my ability to be a great caregiver.

I am a compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping others. I came into caregiving when a family member became very ill. I am so proud I was able to care for her and provide appropriate amounts of support and comfort until she finally passed away. That experience deepened my compassion for others and a desire to help others live more independent lives.

First of all I must say that since I have been a caregiver I have learned a lot of things as far as being patient, how to truly love and care about someone , because when you are with someone for a long period of time you really get to know that person and become so close to them and once they are gone it really gets to your heart . When I go to work I like to be cheerful ,happy to be here on this earth another day. I like to take my client out for a walk or out for a ride to get an ice cream. I truly love my job!!

I became a caregiver because I love to help people and I have the right personality for it. I'm very patient and dependable. I've been a caregiver for about 10 years although I do not plan to do this as a career I do enjoy being able to help others, and comfort those who need comforting.
