I wanted to learn to be a caregiver so when my parents get old to take of my father. He has past 16 yrs now. I enjoy taking care of elderly I love there smiles.

I became a cna in 1997 and continued my desired position for 12 yrs ranging from convalescent homes to Lindsay and Sierra hospitals then my last employer was private in home that's where I realized I was my happiest, the friendship and bond you create is so much more then just helping someone out and going on your way, I bonded and made a friend along the way which was good for all parties involved. I have been a stay at home mom and wife for the past 2-3 yrs now since I lost my friend due to the battle but I am eager to help another in need and possibly make a new friend.

I am an outgoing person full of compassion and always willing to listen. Been working as a caregiver since 2005 and love what I do. I enjoy getting to know people and hearing stories of their lives. I am depednable and punctual and willing to go the extra mile.

Caring and lots of patience can help me be a great caregiver! Helping people and I have a disabled son that made me want to watch other people it helps me learn with him too and his disability's. My services include medicine reminders and distribution meal prep and clean up hygiene and bathing assistance errands and doctors visits light housekeeping. I have experience with Alzheimers/Dementia reliable transportation.

I am from the Philippines but I've been here in the U.S. for almost 20 years. In the country were I grew up, we have no nursing homes nor assisted living facilities, therefore we have to take in our elderly and take care of them and that's how care giving comes so naturally to me. Being able to help someone and improve their quality of life, makes me happy. I am 44 years old, very passionate on what I do and would always go extra miles to meet the needs of the individuals.

I enjoy taking my clients out for activities and trips( no one can excel staying in a chair all day) Dr appointments, grocery shopping, puzzles, crafts and activities keep the mind sharp and on point. That's what I strive for[?] Whatever is important to my client becomes important to me and I will remember all of those dates and address them accordingly.. No house work is too much for me.. if they have a project they would like to do we will get it done one way or the other.. cooking is not a problem. Also am very familiar with thickened liquids and Pureed meals. Whatever they may need I am at their disposal.
