I love being a caregiver for many reasons it's a passion and an honor to be able to assist families with extra care for their loved ones I am a very hands-on caregiver. I love to help. I understand that every day is different and everyone is different and the care is never the same. I feel like in order to be a good caregiver you have to love what you do, even if the job is challenging, I enjoy assisting with meals showers and emotional support. I'm not aware of everything but my heart is pure and I'm looking forward to my next task.

I'm well rounded I have with nursing homes, assisted living, private duty, hospitals 1:1, mental health, special needs adults and children, autism, cerebral palsy individuals. When you as an individual in the health care field, you have to truly CARE, about the people you are responsible for at the time whom you are giving care to but that's in general in life, you have to LOVE people. And TRUE LOVE come from GOD... We have to place CHRIST first, in all we do, it will make you great at whatever level your expertise is, I will honestly tell you that is why I'm GOOD at what I do as a CAREGIVER.

What makes me an outstanding caregiver is that I am very caring, compassionate, have tremendous patience, and I enjoy making a difference in someone else life. I have 25+ plus years experience in the medical field working as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home health Aide/Medical Assistant. Currently enrolled in college completing my BA in Psychology/Social Work degree. I am employed by Life Path Hospice which has truly taught me how precious life is and the meaning of being able to care for myself and others.

My personality traits are of someone who is very caring,loyal,sincere,loving, Nurturing,helpful,friendly,honest, dedicated,hardworking,joyful,kind hearted women. I think all of that makes me a wonderful caregiver. What attracted me to being a caregiver was wanting to take care of an love these people like I would want someone to take care of my family members,be supportive,loving,helpful and nurturing to them the best I can. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is knowing I made someone's day easier,by being there for them an helping them;being a companion. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is my sons. They both turned out to be amazing young successful men who now have their own families. I am attracted to being a caregiver because i enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others.
