I started in the medical field at the age of 16, because Iknew that that was what i wanted to do. I continued on when I went to the air force working with my fellow soldiers, when I came back home I have worked in Drs office , and ultimately working for elderly and Hospice. About me. My name isJeanette Lopez I'm 44- years old . I was born and NY raised in Puerto Rico . I would describe myself as outgoing , friendly, and talkative. I thrive when surrounded by other people, and find it easy to connect with anyone I meet. Always looking for bridges , not fences. I would also say that I have a sense of humor, and people generally enjoy my company. I think what describes me the best is the "creative mind " because I always enjoy to come up with ideas, think outside the box, or even challenge the status quo. Now it doesn't mean that I find it hard to oblige the rules . I do that. But I don not hesitate twice to share my feed back and suggest improvements. I believe in lifelong learning and personal growth. I developed an interest in caregiving at a very young age. During my teenage years. I I help my mother with my grandparents . I knew since then I loved helping caring for other. I always enjoyed playing and combing my dolls hair, feeding and play cooking for them. I always look after the house keeping home cleaned and organized. I have been a Certified Home Health Aide for 20 years . I am a experienced caregiver with a tremendous amount of heart and faith in always doing the right thing. I am dependable and honest to a fault. My experience covers a lifetime of caring for individuals in ALFs, hospitals, residential as well as supervising others in the field. Currently, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida. I've always enjoyed caregiving - for my younger siblings, my own children, and working with the disabled. I began caring for seniors with my elderly mother-in-law and it was deeply satisfying. I am a certified Home Health Aide, an independent caregiver experienced in all ADLs, medications, transfer needs and dementia. I enjoy the broad range of activities - meal prep, transportation, personal care, medical needs, and one-on-one care allows for a greater level of care, understanding and empathy.
