What's makes a great Caregiver is someone that has compassion for what they do. That comes with being honest, genuine, patient, and loving. I believe I am all those and more. I always try to connect with people, make memories and become a part of their life. I love to read, write, and I absolutely love puzzles. I have been a certified nursing assistant for a year now, with that CNA license I also carry a certified medication aides license giving me the ability to administer medication as well. I am going to school at JCCC and I do work as well. Mostly during the day. I've had multiple different kinds of experience with allot of people. I have had experience with residents that have had a g-tube, I have personal experience when it comes to that. I also have experience with trachea, a colostomy, someone being paralyzed, and also residents that have Dementia. I love my job and what I do. Being able to make memories with those that I see everyday makes my heart glow. The achievement that I am most proud of is escaping a harsh environment with my child by my side. And finding a passion I long for which is making others smile. Doing the best I can as a mother, a caregiver. And a friend.

I was the only girl in my family, and I lost my mom ten years ago and I feel that I did not had enough time to care for her, so I like giving my services to the elderly because I see them like my mom. I also like giving my services to those who are not able to care for themselves because it is a blessing from God to give services to tho who can not help themselves. I also like giving my services the the elderly because one day I will need the same services they need. So if it is not me to provide those services to them, who else will do it. It starts with me first.

My name is Lucinda (Cindy). I worked in care homes taking care of elderly residents for 27 years. I also worked at a hospital as a CNA for four years. And I recently worked as a DSP in a group home setting for special needs clients. Unfortunately I had to quit because the schedule no longer was working for me. I enjoy helping and caring for people. I was a CNA for over 22 years.I am a certified clinical medical assistant at Menorah Medical Center. I currently work for a group of doctors at Statland Medical Group . I have a vast knowledge of the medical field. Such as working with all ages and all disabilities. I am familiar with peri care, transferring, meal planning and prepping, assisting with showering, dressing, vital signs and excercise. Hello my name is Alanna. I have been a caregiver for 7 years. I have been liscenced for 5. When I was 16 my mom was in a head in collision and broke both of her femer bones. I finished my high school online and became her primary caregiver. After caring for her I realized I had discovered my calling and became a Certified Nurses Aide and later a Certified Medication Aide. One of my greatest joys in being a caregiver is knowing that at the end of my day I've made a difference in someone's day and helped them at a very important time in their life.
