This is my 35th year as a caregiver and I believe God asked me to do as I do. I believe every single person deserves to be treated as family. One day I may need someone to take care of me and I would want the same for myself. I believe respect should be given to every person. Im a certifed nursing assistant that takes alot of passion in my work. I have been a caregiver since i was 17 im now 35. What i love the most about caregiving is taking care of people.

I enjoy working with elderly. I have been in this field most of my life and it simply comes as a second nature for me. I enjoy helping others.

I have extensive experience in wound care for pressure ulcers and skin disorders. I am very easy going and patient and know how to help with mobility. I see so many people that either have no one at all or have people that cannot do the caregiving. It is not for everyone. what I enjoy most about caregiving is seeing people treated with dignity and like they matter, and not a burden. I am most proud of the fact that I was able to keep my Dad at home, and let him go peacefully at home, instead if a hospital or nursing home.

Hello , im shannon moore , 50 years old. I chose health care because I've always enjoyed taking care of people., knowing I can make a difference in someone's life and make them feel better , makes me feel better. I was born to be a caretaker. I've always loved helping people. My patience and eager to learn and my love for medical makes my desire for home health even more desirable. I've worked with different kinds of patients. They all bring me joy. I love the elderly. I also enjoy getting to know my resident and their family. That makes it even better. What makes me a a great caregiver is that I actually care. I love so genuinely and I am devoted to being whatever and whoever my client needs me to be. I enjoy the feeling of helping others. My last 2 clients I had at my last caregiving job became family and I went out of my way to let them know and feel loved. I go out of my way to make their day to day lives easier and fuller.

Okay well my name is Nicole Bowman I'm a single mother of three I got two grown kids and a 15 year old daughter I'm a very loving happy serious when I need to be caring person sometimes I wear my heart on my sleeve don't mean to but I'm also the type that doesn't believe in cutting corners. You going to do it you do it right and to the best of your ability. So now I'll just go down the list and answer the questions, what helps me be a great caregiver, I'm very compassionate about what I do. I absolutely love taking care of people I love being the voice for the person that doesn't have one or doing things for somebody they can no longer do or nobody wants to do I was born to do this. What attracted me to being a caregiver is again it's in my DNA I love helping people I absolutely love it I love giving I love doing I just I love helping people it's I don't know how else to say it. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is I love hearing about somebody's life the stories that seen family photos getting to know the person getting a relationship with a person yeah it's got its ups and downs and you know but any job does I get in there and I do what needs to be done I don't think anything of it whether it's wiping somebody bathing them cleaning up after them cleaning the house whatever it is I take care of everybody as I would want to be taken care of if it was me.
