I'm very understanding and punctual , and treat people like people. I have respect and can understand boundaries , personal space but also reach goals that need to be reached. I started doing caregiving after my great grandmother passed. She was completely independent and ended on hospice so I learned it all starting with her and when she passed I missed that feeling of helping someone and the joy I brought to them. I'm proud of the women my grandmother raised and how she never needed for anything as long as I was around.

I have 18 years of caregiver experience. I have a CNA for about 15 years. I started caring for folks because back in Africa, we care for our family members so it has been something in my nature to care for people. When I care for elderly folks, I treat them as if they were my family members. I've worked with all types of senior patients. Most patients have conditions of stroke, dementia, mentally challenged patients, cancer patient, hospice etc.

I have 18 years of experience as a CNA. I've been to various nursing home I worked on rehab unit for 15 yrs, home care, and billing and payroll.Decided to go back to school for nursing I love what I do it's rewarding to make a patients day with just helping with day to day activities.

I get along with everyone, I am very out going and helpful. I love what I do, and I took care of my grandmother for 7 years in my home. I love helping out people and get satisfaction of helping others it's a very rewarding feeling to me.

A little about me I live takeing care of people who just need an extra hand or just want someone to talk to I like be able to help people. My grandmother is a big reason I become a caregiver I watched her for years struggle with Parkinson's an slight dementia and all I wanted to do was help I tried to help her but she was determined to do it herself but she knew I was right by her side if she needed an extra hand.

Hello! My name is Ann Elizabeth Fitzgerald and you may call me Beth. I come from a long line of nurses but was never interested in becoming a caretaker of any kind myself. When my mother, a nurse loved by so many of her patients for her excellent nursing skills and incredibly caring bedside manner, became ill herself I lovingly became her caretaker. As I shifted into that role, I began to learn the importance of a loving caring bedside manner as part of the caretaker skill set. My mother has since passed but those pieces of her have become such an important part of who I am today in my own life and how I treat and work with others. She instilled in me things I never would have imagined for myself. Although my background is in information technology, in fact I am an expert in the field, I no longer enjoy that kind of work in the way I did years ago. Today I long to work with people. Not just to providing excellent care but also enjoying the love and friendship that inevitably arises as those relationships develop. I now provide care for my father who is 90 years old and needs some help. I come from a loving family takes care of family home and would not have anyone but myself care for my father. The bond and the love we have for each other is unbreakable. This bond and love are what I look forward to building with you and your family as I take care of your loved one. I would not have it any other way.
