I'm a certified nursing assistant with more than 16 years experience in a hospital, nursing home, assisted living and private home setting. I'm well equipped to provide emotional support in a comfortable, soothing environment. I also have advanced knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia. My joy is to help clients with their daily activities like bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, feeding, also assist with transfer and ambulation. I'm also equipped to administer medication, maintained accurate records of patients care, condition, progress and concerns. Also maintained a clean, healthy and safe environment.

I became a certified nursing assistant in May of 2000. I have worked in many specialties in the healthcare field which consists of med-surg, telemetry,Icu,Brain and Injury, Rehab and Pacu. I also worked in Hospice, and home health for 15 years. I am currently working towards Nursing degree.

I have compassion for people and i have firsthand experience. I have my son who is 25 and autistic and still lives with me putting him in a home is not an option. I understand that people always choose to stay in their homes over a nursing home. I love people and my goal is making them comfortable and happy.
