Hello! My name is Kimberly and I have years of experience caring for the elderly and patients with traumatic brain injuries. I am very compassionate about what I do and have a lot of patient and care to give my clients.

I am a very outgoing person that loves to take care of our elderly and the young I got into being a caregiver back in 1998 was looking for something that would fit my schedule didnt know that I would have such a great love for it to be in the field for 20 years I enjoy making our clients feel right at home with having me around my great achievement is knowing that I am making a difference in someone else life

What makes me a good caregiver is that I am caring, compassionate, honest, dependable. I have always had a passion for taking care of people. I enjoy seeing people happy and healthy. I am proud that I assisted one of my clients with achieving her health goal of getting off insulin. I have been doing homecare for over 15 years. I also have four years experience in a manager position. I also have hoyer lift and end of life experience.

I have been a care giver for over 10yrs I made this choice for my profession because of the empathy and compassion my heart holds for those who are in need. I know in some cases the type of care might be different and require special attention based on the individual. I'm experienced in caring for people who are Visually impaired,Physically or mentally Disabled, Alzheimer's disease,Dementia,Parkinson's disease, M.S. and those who are in Hospice Care. In addition to my certifications I am a certified CNA ( Certified Nurse's Assistant) I enjoy bringing my positive, care free spirit in the environment of the person I'm caring for. I know their lives have been altered in so many ways and my only hope is to help provide them with the upmost care, love and guidance. I hope to help them through their bad day's and make their good days filled with joy and comfort. For me that's the satisfaction I get out of being a care giver.

I"m a Certified Nurse Assistant who go above and beyond for my patients. I'm a active listener and a fast leaner making me more than just a caregiver. My patience, empathy and observation skill make me a special caregiver. I enjoy doing sometime they cannot do for themself.

I strongly believe in giving our elders the opportunity to stay within their comfort zone of living and having a companion to talk/walk with rather it's day or night, give a piece of mind to assure them they're not alone and set your worries free for some hours knowing that your love is safe. I have great patience and experience to assist you and your love one.

I have been in the healthcare field for over 5 years now. I am passionate about what I do, I feel that it is my calling. I am proficient in many skills such as home care, long term care, assisted living, etc. Through the University of Michigan - Dearborn, I have my certification in health communication as well. I am patient, kind, and genuinely compassionate to all my care recipients. I enjoy the conversation and rewarding feeling that comes with caring for others. I am a proud alumni of the University of Michigan - Dearborn with a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Human Services - Public Health. This is a personal achievement that I am truly proud of.

I am fully vaccinated, and have my booster. I haven't been able to submit an image of my vaccination card to the site, but if you are interested in hiring me, I can send the image through communications (texts, email, etc.). I like to make my patients laugh, regardless of what the task is, whether I am helping them clean up an accident, or helping them get dressed, it can be a fun experience for both of us. I have received personal letters saying thank you for being so kind and patiently caring, from families and patients themselves. I am skilled at what I do. I do things thoroughly. I am stronger than I look, I can easily transfer people larger and taller than me. I know when to lower someone to the ground during transfers to prevent them from falling and hurting themselves. I know how to determine normal vital signs, and blood sugar levels. I have worked in nursing facilities, and respond well in emergency situations. I do have a cat allergy.

I am a compassionate, conscientious, dedicated, and patient CNA, caregiver, and Home Health Aide with strong professional ethics and a commitment to excellence. I am highly attentive to detail and provide families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands. I am consistently requested by clients and families for my reliability, professionalism, and quality of care. While working with EHM Senior Solutions, my long-term clients strongly preferred that no substitute caregiver be assigned in my absence. For clients requiring 24-hour care with multiple caregivers, I was the only caregiver asked to remain on assignment once 24-hour services were no longer needed. One of my most meaningful experiences involved a client placed on hospice care and given just three days to live. After one month under my care, he graduated from hospice and went on to live for an additional two years, reaching the age of 100. This experience reflects my deep commitment to compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care.
