Providing excellent customer service to patient and family, loyalty, and being dependable which are some of the many reasons I consider myself a great caregiver. I'm compassionate and patient to all my patients' needs making sure I communicate with the patient and family ensuring proper medication and care guidelines. Growing up observing my grandmother care for her mother in home inspired me to become a caregiver not only to my family but to other families as well. I wanted to be great and successful at this so I decided to get the proper education needed for Alzheimers and Dementia and how to cater to their needs. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the smile I leave on my patient's and family's face after my work has ended that shift. Receiving my certificates in the health field, becoming dependable and reliable to those that are in my life work related or not.

I'm a great people person my lifes goal is to help others. I enjoy listening to others talk, reading, learning and do whatever I can for others. I became a Caregiver long before I knew what it was. My Dad was in a wheelchair and I helped care for him from age 9 until he past away when I was 20. I also took care of my Mom up until she past away. It was difficult but very rewarding to care for them and others I have helped. I worked with several people over the course of a few years and always seem to get attached. I enjoy helping them enjoy life in anyway I can. I love what I do and hope to keep doing it for years to come.

I love working with the elderly. I am compassionate and professional. I have been in the medical field for 5 years now and I am working towards my medical administration degree. I love getting to know the people and hearing there stories. The thing that attracted me to caregiver services is that I have seen alot of elderly patients just left and no one to help take care of them when they are not capable to do so that's where I come in. The thing that I enjoy most about being a caregiver is because I am helping someone in need and I always love helping the ones in need. My personal achievement that I am proud of is staying in school.

I love helping others; I love putting a smile on their face. Making them feel special and loved plus making sure they know they are not alone that someone does care... As a mother and wife it's what we do but when my husband got sick and I almost lost him caring for him 24/7 became a full time task. He had to learn how to eat, talk, walk everything all over. Once he was well enough I had to go back and be the money maker so I started my own business as a Personal Care Assistant PCA.

Hello, my name is Kristen, I'm a down to earth person who loves the Elders. I have always had a passion for the elder. I remember going to see my Great Grandmother in the Nursing home and seeing people asleep in wheelchairs and some just walking up and down the halls. As a child, of course, I didn't understand why these people were like this. I just knew my heart was bleeding for them. I always went to this one lady and gave her a hug the smile on her face warmed my heart and I knew this was what I wanted to do when I was older so I did. Here I am 20 years later. I have worked in many different areas such as the Emergency Room, Assisted living where I furthered my career and went to get my med tech so I could pass meds to my Residents. I also worked for Hospice of Greensboro for 5 Years. Making a difference in someone's life is what I enjoyed the most. I really enjoyed the one on one care when I worked in the field with Hospice. I was able to really get to know my clients and build that one on one relationship so I could give the best care possible. I know do Private duty to help people stay at home if that is the family's wishes. I also will go to nursing homes and assisted living. Where ever your loved ones calls home. I must say the biggest achievement that I love that I was able to do was put a smile on my client's faces. When you come back on a Monday and you hear " I'm so happy to see you!" You know you're doing something right in their life. I do have a reference from the families I have worked with in the past. Please let me know ahead of time and I can provide that for you. I look forward in talking to you and learning more about your loved one and see if I'm a fit to work with you and your loved one.
