I'm a 40 year old mother of 3 children, my oldest being in the us navy and my youngest will start kindergarten next august (24/25) I'm originally from southern California where I lived my whole life until 2018 when I moved to western North Carolina. Being my oldest child is in his 20's, I've had many many years of caregiving starting as far back as a babysitter in my preteens. I cared for my grandmother with cancer ending on hospice for about 6 years in my mid to late 20's and since being in nc I've found employment caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
